terms & conditions
whilst care is taken to provide accurate colour representation of artworks for sale, there may be some variation between the colour on screen and the actual image.

the copyright of each artwork remains with ali heath, and designs may not be reproduced by anyone without the prior permission of ali heath. ali heath and atelier ah reserve the right to produce and sell prints of each artwork in the future.

it is recommended that original art is framed with uv protective glass and direct sunlight should be avoided to prevent bleaching.

delivery + returns
order dispatch:
orders are dispatched within 7-10 days. they will be sent gift wrapped and carefully packaged via insured and tracked delivery from the united kingdom. 

some handmade and made to order items will have a longer dispatch time. this will be clearly detailed in the product description.


for items ordered as part of the ali heath x ruby bateman collection they will be posted as special delivery shipments from the 20th november 2023 at a cost of £8.00.

it is possible to order items for european delivery and to the us, canada, new zealand and australia. duties and charges may be incurred separately and these are not included in the cost and if charged will need to be settled by the purchaser.


please note that an order will be dispatched once all items in the order are ready. 


packaging
every order is thoughtfully wrapped by hand and with larger items, where possible we aim to reuse packaging available to us (boxes/bubble wrap etc) in a bid to reduce our impact on the planet.

please be careful when unwrapping items to avoid tearing or damage. please also be careful with tissue paper used, as ink and paint can transfer from the artwork and smudge back onto the artwork if placed different side up.

returns
given the unique nature of items being sold, all purchases are final.

in the rare case that an item is damaged please send photos of the damaged packaging and item, clearly showing the delivery label, to ali@aliheath.co.uk and must be returned within 14 days of original receipt.
